Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide your ride and process your payment:

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number. Your driver or dispatcher uses your phone number to coordinate your pickup.
• Location information — when you request a ride, we collect your pickup and destination addresses and their GPS coordinates. If you allow it, we also use your device's GPS to set your pickup point and to detect when your driver arrives.
• Trip details — the trips you request, their status, fare, and payment method.
• Payment information — fares are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, bank details, or Cash App credentials on our servers.

• To match you with a driver and coordinate your pickup.
• To show you (and your driver) live trip status and route information.
• To calculate fares, process payments and tips, and handle refunds.
• To provide customer support and keep records required by law or for accounting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share your information only as needed to run the service:

• Your assigned driver sees your pickup and destination, your phone number, and the fare's payment method so they can complete your ride.
• Our dispatch team sees ride details so they can assign drivers and support phone-in bookings.
• Service providers — Stripe processes payments, and Google Maps provides address search, routing, and map display under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, such as a valid court order or government request.

Drivers share their GPS location with the app while on duty so passengers can see their driver approaching and so dispatch can manage the fleet. Passenger location is used during an active trip for pickup, routing, and arrival detection. You can deny location permission, but the app needs your pickup address to book a ride.

We keep your trip and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet bookkeeping, tax, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time (see "Your Rights" below), and we will remove it unless we are required to keep specific records by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information — we do not sell your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Riders under 18 should be booked and accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use secure connections, access controls, and role-based permissions so only the people who need your data to complete your ride can see it. Payment data is handled by Stripe under industry-standard PCI compliance. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page, and the "Last updated" date below will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
